Once you have completed your selections and checked out you will recieve an email from one of our toy specialists. This email will contain a digital design and proof made to your selections and specifications. You will need to approve this design before your toy will move onto the stitching phase. We are happy to work with our customers and make small changes to designs prior to approval so you are guarenteed to get a keepsake you love.
