Ordering has never been easier, simply follow the website prompts once you select your toy.

Once your order has been placed we will email you a digital copy of your embroidery design along with a digital proof of your design imposed onto your toy.

This helps to show you a rough example of how your toy will look once it is complete. Once you are happy with the design and proof we will move on to stitching and shipping your toy to you.

Turn around times:
 Our personalised plush toy turn around time varies depending on whether the toy is instock or need to be ordered in. Order times are subject to and may change during busy times of the year. We will give you a rough timeframe that your toy will be made and sent to you when we send your digital design and proof email.
